Pinot Gris has become a signature wine for Calamus. Our 2008 was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. It shows lightly honeyed peach and apricot flavours, with tart acidity and a light minerality on the finish. Try it with grilled jumbo shrimps or smoked salmon.
