Calamus 2008 Unoaked Chardonnay is an off dry expression of this varietal showing crisp acidity balanced with elements of soft pear and pineapple. Stainless steel aging preserved the delicate fruit aromas. A natural with fish, chicken or pork or a compliment to many cheeses.
