This Bordeaux style blend is taken from the very best of our 2007 barrels - a spectacular vintage. The wine shows excellent extraction and complexity. It is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Cabernet Franc and 15% Merlot. Enjoy now and lay down a few for five years.
