Our 2006 Cabernet Franc is deep ruby in colour and displays ripe red fruits and vanilla on the nose. This well structured wine has a lengthy finish with balanced tannins. Aged 20 months in French and American oak barrels, it pairs well with tomato based pasta dishes, salmon or a good cheddar.
