Our 2008 Riesling Icewine has aromas of peach nectar and pear as well as lovely tropical notes. It has blended ripe citrus and dried fruit characteristics and a balanced acidity with a long, rich finish. Fermenting and aging at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks has preserved the rich fruit concentration. Pairs well with pâté or foie gras, blue cheeses, and spicy cuisine.
