Calamus Red Wines
2006 Calamus Red VQA - $15.00
A harmonious blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Cabernet Franc and 14%
Merlot. Aged 11 months in a combination of French Oak and Amercian Oak
barrels, it is a robust, fruity and tannic offering that is perfect with
red meats and savory dishes.

2006 Cabernet Franc VQA - $18.00
With deep ruby colour displaying ripe red fruits and vanilla aromas, this well
structured wine has soft tannins and a lengthy finish. Aged 20 months in a
combination of French and American oak, it pairs well with tomato based pasta
dishes or a good cheddar.
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon VQA - $26.00
"Just a lovely wine! Currants, bluberries, red plum, spice, cigar, and
floral. Well balanced."

A refreshing blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer

This wine is slightly off dry with aromatic flavours of peach and citrus. It has been aged
entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve the floral and mineral notes.
